LOCATION: The Animal Shelter & Care of Jefferson County at 23 Muskrat Lane, Boulder, MT.


You do the walking while your Dog does the wagging participating in our fourth Annual Walk & Wag Dog Walk to help us raise the needed funds to complete our new kennel building. So, fetch your walking shoes, your canine companion and join us at this Fun, dog friendly event which includes a 1 mile, 5K (3 mile) or 10K (5 mile) course, food, beverages, music, activities, raffles and more!


Register before June 1st for our Early Paw Registration fee of $20 and your will receive a Swag Car Decal and a raffle ticket for a chance to win a deluxe Leather Pet Carier and Dog Puzzle Toy.

Check-in, t-shirt pickup and late registration will begin at 9:00 am on June 29th. The walk will “step off” at 10:00 am

DETAILS:

  • 1 MILE is a easy walking course on open field, river rock and dirt pathway.
  • 5K is a fairly easy walking course with a slight uphill section. Course is on open field, dirt pathway and pavement.
  • 10K is a walking course with a slight – Moderate uphill section. Course is on open field, dirt pathway and pavement.
  • All walks will start and end at 23 Muskrat Lane, Boulder, MT
  • Walking Trail map will be provided at check in.
  • All dogs must remain on a leash during event
  • Water stations available for participants and canine companions
