With your donations, it makes it possible to complete the AS&C kennel building to aid our Foster Care Program and continue our efforts to raise the needed funds to build the first animal shelter in Jefferson County. Your donations will also help the AS&C of Jefferson County continue their low cost Vaccination, Spay & Neuter Program, expand our Foster Care Program and develop an active public volunteer network
