Help us make our community a dog-friendly paradise!
The AS&C Dog Park will be a safe haven for Furry friends, providing a safe space for dogs to socialize and exercise.
The AS&C dog park is located at 23 Muskrat Ln and will consist of one small and one large dog off leash encloser with a two-gate system.
While the AS&C of Jefferson County prepares to start caring for animals in the new shelter, local friends of our furry friends are rallying to help the AS&C Dog Park project where the ReImagining Boulder group left off. They have set a goal to raise $2,000 to help finish perimeter fencing for the large dog park enclosure.
Your donation will directly impact the well-being of our four-legged community members.

Benefits of having a public dog park…
Allows dogs to exercise and socialize safely.
Dogs need room to run, and enclosed play areas permit them to do so while preventing them from endangering themselves and others (for example, by running into the path of an oncoming vehicle)
Promotes responsible dog ownership.
Dog parks prevent off-leash animals from infringing on the rights of other community residents and park users such as joggers, small children, and those who may be fearful of dogs.
Makes for a better community by promoting public.
Health and safety. Well-exercised dogs are better neighbor’s who are less likely to create a nuisance, bark excessively, and destroy property.
In other words, creating a dog park can help people make friends and socialize more often!
Add that to a bunch of satisfied (and tired) dogs who have a way to get a workout outdoors, and you have a win-win combination.
Thank you for your help and support!

Together we can build a better community!
