FOSTER CARE PROGRAM – $100

  • While the Foster Parents provide the love & care for the animal until being reunited with their owner or a new home is found.
  • The AS&C provides all medical expenses, food and supplies needed for the care of animal.
  • If animal found to be abandoned, the AS&C has the animal spayed or neutered, vaccinated and chipped before finding them a new home.

LOW-COST TNR PROGRAM- $75

  • Our program runs two annual low-cost clinics.
  • Clinics are for Jefferson County FERAL or barn cats ONLY!
  • The fee includes Spay or neuter surgery, Ear-tipping, Rabies vaccination & Tattoo.

SPAY & NEUTER DISCOUNT COUPON PROGRAM – $50

  • We provide Spay & Neuter Discount Coupons for all Jefferson County Residents at participating County Veterinarian offices.
